We love everything we sell here at Sparks Yard and we want you to too! If you are dissatisfied for any reason we will happily accept the return of items that are unworn, unwashed, in a resalable condition and still in their original undamaged packaging within 28 days of purchase. We will also accept defective items with manufacturing defects within 1 year of purchase, please contact us before sending defective items back to us.
Items may be returned for a refund or exchange, please use our online Returns Form (download here) and attach the address part of the form to the front of the parcel. Returns of non defective items will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of your purchase.
How do I return my order?
1. Contact lovely Lou at firstname.lastname@example.org and let her know that you would like to return an item and that you are making an exchange or return. This helps us to be able to deal with your return as speedily as possible.
2. Fill in our Online Returns form (download here), place the completed form inside your parcel and the address label section on the front of your parcel.
3. Securely wrap the item you are returning to us and make sure that it is packaged adequately for its journey.
4. Pop down to the post office and get it in the next post making sure that you get a proof of posting from the Post office so that you are covered if it is lost or damaged on its way back to us.
If unwanted items are not returned in a resalable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please ensure that items are packaged carefully to prevent any damage in the post. Please enclose your completed returns form. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us and due to this we recommend that you use a recorded method of postage and retain the proof of postage for your records until we have notified you that we have received it in good condition. We are unable to refund items that are lost or damaged during their return to us.
We are unable to accept the return of the following items, unless they faulty or incorrectly supplied, due to hygiene:
Special order items, foods or other perishable items, fragrances, hair accessories, toiletries, cosmetics, personal grooming and earrings and any items that have been used.
Please allow two to three weeks for the processing of your returns.
We do not cover the cost of returns. To do this we would have to increase the price of our products, which we really donít want to do. If an item is defective or incorrectly supplied we will reimburse you for any costs that you have incurred in its return.
Sale items can only be exchanged but not refunded, or a store credit can be raised. Returns of sale items must be made within 7 days.
If you would like to exchange an item our normal delivery charges will apply to the new item (unless the original item was incorrectly supplied or faulty).
Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you wish to amend any details to your order or make a cancellation once it has been confirmed please call us on 01903 885588. If orders have already been dispatched you will have to follow the above returns policy.
